Shipping Cost Shipping is free. Sales Tax Value Added Tax is shown separately on the order form and on the invoice and stated as 0% for deliveries outside the EU. However, some non EU may charge import duty upon delivery. Delivery Area We deliver to Germany/NRW, France, French Terretories and Spain. To other countryies world wide only if there is no local distributor. Delivery Time Normally we ship with the postal service in neutral packaging within 2 working days of receiving your order. Right of Return According to German law you are allowed to return your goods within 14 days of receipt at our cost and risk, when ordering privately and not commercially (e.g. as a wholesaler). We would be most grateful if you send the package by registered post to ensure that it arrives safely and undamaged.
