The Lady-Comp, Baby-Comp and pearly devices consist of modern materials and high quality components and have also been processed under high quality standards. Each device has been controlled and tested. |
Product Guarantee The manufacturer guarantes that Lady-Comp, Baby-Comp and pearly devices remain free from any material and manufacturing defects during the guarantee period. Guarantee Period The guarantee period starts on the day of purchase. For Lady-Comp and pearly the guarantee is two years and for Baby-Comp three years. Notification of Damage The guarantee only comes into force if the customer informs the seller or manufacturer in writing within two weeks of finding the defect. The device must no longer be used but sent back to us if possible with the filled out guarantee card and the invoice. These must be sent "carriage paid" and insured. Extent of Guarantee We guarantee to replace faulty devices with new devices, repair damaged devices free of charge or return the purchase price according to what we feel is appropriate. Further claims, especially for loss and damage including consequential harm caused by a defect, are excluded. Indirect defects and expendable items (e.g. Thermometer, mains supply, battery pack) are not subject to this guarantee. Guarantee Exclusion All damages which occur from inproper use, in particular opening a device, damage to the test sticker or damage due to extraneous causes are not included in this guarantee.
