Upgrade to Baby-Comp If you decide to buy a Lady-Comp first and want to become pregnant later, your can still use the added functionality of Baby-Comp by purchasing an upgrade from Valley Electronic. They will save your data, add the Baby-Comp programming and return it within 2 weeks. Printout and alaysis of your menstrual cycle Normally, your Lady-Comp or Baby-Comp adjusts to your individual cycle within the first 3 months. Should you unexpectedly have a lot of "red days", please get in touch with us. We will be happy to do a cycle printout in order to try and find the reason for this. Of course, we can also do a printout with expert analysis at a later date. Spare parts and accessories Your Lady-Comp or Baby-Comp is delivered with all accessories needed for immediate use. Spare parts and mains supplies for use abroad can be ordered at a later date from our shop. Operating Instructions You can order the operating instructions from our shop or download them free of charge. |
Quality Assurance We do not rely on spot testing for quality assurance but check each individual device before it leaves production in Germany. Maintenance Baby-Comp and Lady-Comp are strictly maintenance free. pearly has to be sent in for a battery change every 2-3 years. Cleaning Use a damp cloth with a little washing up liquid to clean the casing and sensor. Please avoid using strong cleaning products. We recommend pure alcohol to disinfect the thermal sensor. Never put the device or the thermal sensor in water. Repair Should your fertility-monitor, against all expectations, not function properly our Service Team will be happy to help you. It would be helpful if you called or sent an email before sending the device in. A lot of problems can be solved this way.
