The pearly battery last for for 2-3 years before it starts to display BA:09 and it is time for new battries. Since your menstrual-cycle data needs to be saved during replacement you have to send pearly to a service center certified by the manufacturer like most official distributors or DITA.

Lady-Comp and Baby-Comp have a built in akku (rechargeable battery). In difference to other akkus, it does not like to run down to BA:00 at all. So make it a habit to charge it once a month or at least as soon as BA:09 is displayed. If you need to charge the akku in ever shorter intervals, it may be time to replace it. If in doubt, contact us.
